I am a primary school teacher and having taught Kindergarten for 4 years I treasure information that is practical - for myself, the parents of my students and ultimately, my students. 
I listened to your podcast which reinforced my beliefs of the importance of EFFECTIVE communication and the GIFT of responsibility we adults should be giving children from a young age. 
I will be passing on this link to the parents I speak with who are most often trying to do the best by their children.
